FCS Pick ‘Em – Week 6

The competition is getting tight, thanks to my pick of Stony Brook over Army, which made for a record tying 10th FCS win over an FBS schools this year. Our race is separated by only 2 games! We’ve got a couple games with ranked teams facing each other; besides the game in Fargo, which should be terrific, make sure you check out tomorrow’s Forum for the special Game Day section and also right here on the blog for our pregame show, We’re pulling out all the stops tomorrow, look for it around 11 a.m. Our pick of the NDSU-Youngstown game will be found there. NDSU beats Youngstown St. This has home field and revenge written all over it. I expect the Penguins to not be intimated at all, should be entertaining.

  4. Bison homecoming has become a bigger deal to my family than Christmas. I cant remember the last holiday we all spent together, but this will be the second homecoming in three years we’ve made the effort to get everyone to Fargo.

We’ll be grilling prime rib, for Pete’s sake!

    Bison win by 10.

  5. Thank you for not picking UND, now we can continue to win games. Please pick against us the rest of the season no matter what, it will be much appreciated.

    • Of course, they picked against the who. I guess they knew exactly what they were talking about with a 55-17 blowout. The who need to go back to playing NAIA schools. At least they will probably lose but the score will be a lot closer.

  6. Meh go away.

NDSU homecoming is crazy bars are packed. Tickets going for $100/pop this is bigtime stuff when does ndsu look at a bigger stadium and where is the new bball arena money ?

    • I agree a new dome has to be in the future plans. Sanford, Scheels oil companies can help finance a new 30,000 seat dome that can be expanded to 50,000 when needed! Go Bison!

  7. Bison Bison,

This is your brother you forgot about. We will be doing “breakfast with the bison” but being your brother, I am shocked you did not invite me for the prime rib.

Everyone bring your best voice and make this crazy in the dome. Also get the bison gameday app to crank up the green and yellow strobe light when the lights go down.
This is going to be fun.

  8. Yeah because Dom’s picks will really affect UND! I’m sure they go into the locker room pre-game and talk about winning when Izzo picks against them. What was his pick last week? Wonder if they discussed it in the coaches meeting?? Come to think of it, that’s probably how it actually is and would go to show why their program is lightyears behind NDSU!
