Was there a Division I FBS game on tv today in South Bend that has national championship implications? Thanks KVLY!!!
I don’t believe Brock Jensen has led a 4th quarter game winning drive in his career. He had a shot last year against Youngstown State but couldn’t do it and today he threw a pick when he had plenty of time to drive the team. That is one area that is lacking in his game. I guess the good thing is most of the time he plays well enough early in games that the Bison aren’t behind.
This game had a bunch in common with the YSU game from last year. The Bison had 3 turnovers and didn’t force any.
Hopefully the Bison refocus and get back on track next week. We saw today that YSU didn’t regroup enough to win and have lost 2 in a row.
To get a top seed the Bison cannot lose another game.
Well let’s see, wasn’t a full time starter as a freshman, and has only lost two games the last two seasons. Not leading a game winning fourth quarter drive doesn’t really seem like something to criticize him for.
He had two chances and didn’t do well in either of them. I’m a huge supporter of Brock but I would love to see him bring the team back for a win after a tough day like he had today.
just a bump in the road. this game serves as proof that the only way this team can lose is if the offense gives up the points. defense got the job done once again. the odds of this offense giving up just as many points as they produce ever again is slim to none, and slim just left town.
#22 was like a locomotive out there!!! he ran over most of our defenders…took at least 2-3 of our guys to bring him down!!! regroup and take it out on usd next weekend!!!south moorhead bison fan….
Tough week to be a Bison fan – volleyball team lays an egg and gets skunked by UND and now the football team lays an egg of their own. Should say the offense did the egg laying, defense only allowed 3 points. Learn from this one…..
Jensen said. “We have good character on this team. I don’t think it was a matter that we have to have a loss for a wake-up call. We just didn’t execute”
Nor did half the team execute petitions properly… there is NO CHARACTER on this team.
Fractions must have been tough for you in school. 10 players is a little shy of half the team.
