  1. With Villanova having their game with Pitt cancelled, I really think NDSU should try to get the Wildcats to come to Fargo. It would help to settle the debate of what conference is better (Missouri Valley or Colonial). I think that NDSU should even consider doing a home and home with them. Pennsylvania is full or players, it would allow NDSU to get their name out in that area.

If not, I would still love to see Northern Arizona come to Fargo, but that probably will not happen as they are a Big Sky team, and that conference has made it tough for NDSU with scheduling.

There is also a rumor that Wagner may play at Syracuse. They were a playoff team last year, but if they play Syracuse, then they are gone from the list for NDSU as well.

    • Villanova inked up with Boston College to finish off 2013; but I do like the idea of a future home and home with the Wildcats; always a solid Colonial team.

  2. bisonation reports that Baylor called NDSU about Setp 14th? How sweet would it be to play kansas state and Baylor in 3 weeks! then throw in a cupcake . Baylor!

  3. The Big12 teams have NDSU on their radar. They are trying to see what we have to offer on the field. An offer for membership may soon follow.

    • Bison03, no way the Big 12 is looking at NDSU with an old and decrepit basketball arena and a football stadium that seats only 18,700. Sorry Dude those are the facts.

  4. An invite to the Big 12 would solve all of our stadium problems. The equivalent of Jack Trice would be built in a yr. the BB arena would be attached. Why waste money on the BSA?

  5. An away game may be better for the open date; Bison seem to play better on other fields than at the Dome anyway…
