Bison Postgame Show vs Youngstown State

Bison Postgame Show vs Youngstown State

North Dakota State and Youngstown State have played some tight games in recent times and that tradition continued Saturday at the Fargodome.

The game was tied at the end of the third quarter until the Bison scored ten unanswered points to knock off the Penguins, 17-7.

NDSU’s defense was impressive, registering four sacks, an interception and forcing Youngstown to turn the ball over on downs early in the game.

Easton Stick completed 13 of 23 passes for 197 yards and a touchdown, but his receivers had five drops in the game.

The Bison improve to 9-0 on the season and 6-0 in the Missouri Valley and with the win, clinch a share of the Missouri Valley title, which is an eighth straight championship, something that has never been done before in conference history. NDSU also earns the automatic qualifier to the FCS Playoffs.

Eric Peterson, Mike McFeely, Jeff Kolpack and Dom Izzo recap the Bison win and discuss the day across the FCS.

UND also lost. I’ve been saying for weeks now that the Valley only gets three teams.

Who cares about UND, they need coaching and recruits!! The Valley will get four teams, a 6-5 Valley team is better than any other 7-4 team from another conference.

They were a ranked team and they lost. If they make the playoffs they would likely end up in the dome against the Bison. That’s why fans should care.

If KSU hires Klieman, maybe Bo would apply for the Bison job…………….

Who says Klieman is leaving? Quit bringing it up. We want him to stay here for a few more years. Nobody is good enough to replace him.
