Catching Up

Catching Up

Hope you’re enjoying our position by position preview for 2015, we have went thru most of the defense and special teams over the past four weeks, next up is the offense, our schedule looks like this:

6/8 – Defensive Tackles

6/15 – Offensive Line

6/22 – Tight Ends

6/29 – Wide Receivers

7/6 – Running Backs

7/13 – Quarterbacks

NDSU’s men’s basketball twitter feed has been releasing non-conference games each Monday, there are four dates we know of (11/13 at UC Davis, 11/25 vs Montana, 11/28 vs North Carolina A&T and December 16th vs Montana State). Expect a non-conference tournament early in the season as well in past years. For those that missed it, the Bison men already have a verbal commitment for the class of 2017 in Fargo North’s Siman Sem.  More on his story here.

Also make sure you bookmark this website as each day I’m posting a stat/tidbit as we get closer to the NDSU-Montana game, any feedback on what you like or don’t like would be great!

Jeff wrote an article today about how Montana is prepping for the game, hearing that they are adding seats to the stadium in any spot imaginable, we’re hearing near 27-28 thousand could be at the game, it’s going to be a fantastic setting for the season opener.

I wrote a couple weeks ago about the top ten games in the FCS for 2015, our pal Craig Haley at the Sports Network takes a look at the best games by conference, it’s a good read.

The NCAA Track Championships begin next Wednesday in Eugene, Oregon, the Bison have a great shot at a couple of All-Americans, Erin Teschuk and Maddie Van Beek in the 3,000 meter steeplechase and Sierra Rosenau from Carrington in the javelin. Look for those stories next week.
